Nicole established The Li Law Firm to help health care providers interact with regulators, such as the Department of Health, successfully preserving the professional licenses of dozens of providers. She also facilitates relationships with payors, from forming contracts to defending against audits. In 2013, Nicole opened a separate practice group within her health care law firm, Northern Lights Legal Services, to serve the legal Cannabis industry.
