Our Medical Cannabis Consultant training program is approved by the Washington State Department of Health, and satisfies the education requirements for those who wish to become certified as a Medical Cannabis Consultant. It was the first Washington State approved certification program of its kind and the only one that is delivered in partnership with an accredited state university.

This course is 20 hours and includes over 10 hours of live chat opportunities for students to interact with professionals in the field.

Among other skills, students will learn how to:

• Assist the patient with selecting products that may help with their qualifying condition

• Describe risks and benefits of methods for using products

• Give advice on ways to properly store products and keep them safe from children and pets

• Show how to properly use products

• Answer questions about the medical cannabis law
